Fine Artist, Tim Hovde donates original art piece to support Canon USA’s Annual Canon For Kids Fundraiser

Oil painting to benefit the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC)

(Las Vegas, Nevada) January 12, 2012 – Fine Artist, Tim Hovde has committed one of his large scale oil painting “Dans le jardin (In the garden)” valued at $3,000 in support of Canon USA’s Annual Canon For Kids Event, benefiting the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

The 13th annual, 2-day invitation only, customer appreciation program includes a celebrity golf tournament, cocktail party, dinner reception, and culminates with a live and silent auction.

Hovde's painting will be on view at the cocktail-dinner reception and live auction where he will speak about the artwork.

“Donating to causes that I believe in, is an important part of being an artist,” states Hovde. “I was honored that Mr. John Arnos of Canon USA requested an artwork for this fundraising gala. I hope to transfer the inspiration I feel in creating the art piece to those who are part of the gala, those working with the NCMEC and, those who are most in need.”
